PRIVACY

are sharing.
Homepage reviews use public website evidence and a short, non-confidential brief. Digital asset orders use contact and order details. We do not need website passwords, payment-card details or private customer records.

Who to contact
Clearline Studio is the operating name for this homepage-review service. The operator handles customer questions and privacy requests at saltghost191@gmail.com. PayPal displays the seller details before payment and on your receipt.
When you browse this site
The site itself has no customer account, submission form, advertising tracker, analytics script or browser storage. The sample switch works in your browser. “Copy the brief” copies text to your clipboard when you request it. Print uses your browser’s print function. Neither action submits information to us.
Our hosting provider, OpenAI Sites, may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Email links open your email application. A checkout button, when available, takes you to PayPal; it does not collect card details on this site.
For a digital asset order
For the Isometric Workshop Starter Kit, we need the contact email, order reference and payment status required to match the purchase, email the ZIP and handle support or refunds. No homepage, business brief or website access is required. The owner verifies payment and delivers manually.
Information used for a homepage-review order
- Your contact email, business or product name, public homepage URL and concise brief.
- Public website text, screenshot evidence and the business facts you confirm.
- Your order/payment reference and payment status checked in PayPal, without copying card or account credentials into the review.
- Drafts, delivered work, feedback, revision requests and relevant email correspondence.
We use this information to check scope and payment, prepare and deliver the review, answer questions, provide the included revision and handle cancellation or refund requests. We do not sell your brief or use your name, work or feedback as a public case study without permission.
Email, payments and AI assistance
Customer correspondence uses Gmail. Payments and refunds use PayPal. Homepage-review drafting and review may use OpenAI and Anthropic, with public website evidence and the non-confidential business facts you provide. A human owner checks the final delivery.
Do not include passwords, card details, private customer records or material that must not be shared with an AI service. If a review would require sensitive or confidential material, contact us before paying so we can decide whether the pilot is suitable.
Each provider processes information under its applicable terms, privacy policy and account settings. We cannot promise that information sent to a provider is stored only on one device or in one country. Provider information: Google privacy, PayPal privacy, OpenAI privacy and Anthropic privacy.
Storage and retention
Working briefs, public-page evidence, drafts and feedback are saved in the operator’s local workspace. Correspondence and payment records also remain in Gmail and PayPal, subject to those providers’ settings. Access to the working files is managed by the owner.
Records are kept as needed to fulfill the order, handle the included revision, respond to support or disputes and maintain business records. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask what we hold, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing us. The owner reviews requests manually and explains what can be removed and what must be retained; provider records remain subject to their own controls and requirements.
Keep your brief safe and useful
Submit only a homepage you are authorized to share, remove personal customer information, and mark uncertain facts. The intake guide shows exactly what the review needs.
